Tom is a planning and environment lawyer who specialises in advising on complex development projects and representing clients in the Planning and Environment Court.
He has dedicated his career to guiding developers and landowners through the full spectrum of planning and environmental issues, including planning approvals, environmental compliance, litigation and dispute resolution, infrastructure charges, major road and rail projects, and renewable energy developments.
Since 2023, Tom has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a recommended lawyer in Planning & Development Law in Queensland, and since 2025 in The Best Lawyers in Australia.
Tom is also a Director of The Lady Musgrave Trust.
