Daniel is a Senior Associate in the MacDonnells Law Risk, Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. Daniel practices across a broad range of commercial and regulatory disputes, with a particular focus on insolvency and restructuring, debt recovery, corporate disputes, professional negligence matters, and regulatory investigations and enforcement. Immediately prior to joining MacDonnells Law, Daniel practiced as a barrister in private practice.

Daniel works closely with corporations, government clients and individuals to achieve practical and commercial solutions to legal disputes that are aligned with clients’ priorities and objectives.
