Wally Vicig has nearly 30 years experience in managing law firms. In addition to General Manager, he has also held the positions of Accountant, Office Manager, Financial Controller, GM and CEO at three other law firms.
Wally's management experience combines skills in finance, accounting and IT systems to assist lawyers to better service their clients.
He has been involved in designing, documenting and implementing Quality Assurance processes and procedures at previous law firms.
Wally coordinates the financial departments of the three offices to ensure that service delivery is the benchmark and that a "MacDonnells way" of recording and reporting of financial data is maintained.
This means ensuring that partners, staff and clients are aware of how the business side of the firm integrates with the legal services provided to clients.
